If you wish to say something out loud, you put it in bold font.
If you wish to state a though, put it in italics.

Any comments on this new policy? It would be in an attempt to make better RPer's.

Also, you were a perfect gentleman. However, she needed some convincing to share her secrets. Considering you did not seem to realise a check was needed, I am telling you this now. If someone seems reluctant to tell you something, make a diplomacy check. Convince them to tell you. Or intimidate them. Up to you.
